Description:This Secret code can be used to Activates or Deactivate Half Rate. The Half Rate calls are at 5.6kbit/s. Through this command we can use half the bandwidth at the cost of call quality. Sometimes Network Operators often activate half rate during peak times on overloaded towers to save costs.

Description:This Secret code can be used to Activates or Deactivate Enhanced Full Rate, EFT attempts to match wire quality. The Enhanced Full Rate calls are at 12.2kbit/s. this feature is not supported by all operators. It is compatible with the highest AMR mode.
